TY Minicompany Booklet goes on Sale
Well done to our TY students Katie Heneghan, Molly Martyn, Niamh Nestor, Dylan Coleman & Tomas Ronayne who have just launched their publication called ‘My Sibling……then Me!’ as part of their mini-company.
Their mini-company is called “What about Me?”. Their aim was to create an awareness of people with Special Needs but in particular, they were interested in producing a resource for the siblings of people with Special needs.
The booklet “My Sibling…….then Me!” is written to help siblings of people with Special Needs to understand the disability and the difficulties, challenges and compromises they may have to make. This resource can also be used by parents, teachers and professionals who may need to have conversations with young people who may have a sibling with Special Needs.
