Preparations underway by the ladies footballers
Busy 2 weeks ahead for our junior and senior ladies footballers and the cold isn’t halting their preparations. Another training session down with great numbers and great intensity, despite the frost and sub-zero temperatures.
Colaiste Iognaid stand in our seniors’ way of securing their spot in the final. The two face off this Thursday in the Connacht semi-final in Kilmaine with a 12 noon kickoff.
The following Thursday all roads lead to Bekan as our Juniors bid for their second Connacht title in a row where they face Headford in their Junior B Connacht final at 11.30am in pitch one at the centre of excellence in Bekan.
Both are due to be cracking games and our ladies are rearing to go. We would like to wish them all the best in their preparations and games. DCS Abú!
