Planning submitted for Photovoltaic Panels
We are delighted to have just applied to Galway County Council for Planning permission to erect 30m2 of Photovoltaic Solar Panels on the Southern Roof area of our School in two rows. These 19 photovoltaic solar panels, each comprising a number of solar cells, will help contribute to our electrical power and help us reduce our usage of the national grid. This is just one small step of our upcoming Deep Energy Retrofit which is taking place to our school this summer. More details to follow shortly.
