LCVP Trip to The Chocolate Warehouse in Dublin
Students learned all aspects of running a business. Topics covered were health and safety, effects of EU on the business, marketing, recruitment, suppliers, production process and the history of chocolate. This was followed by a hands on session where students were given an opportunity to decorate chocolate and prepare a take home hamper.
