Gaisce Presidents award 2024
Congratulations to the 21 students from Dunmore Community School who were honoured with a Bronze Gaisce Presidents Award. This is a prestigious Award which encourages the self-development of young people aged between 14-25.
It is a direct challenge from the President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, to all young people to dream big and realise their potential. Gaisce Participants achieve a Gaisce Award by completing challenges in areas such as Personal Skill, Physical Recreation, Community Involvement, and an Adventure Journey.
