1st Year Mentoring 2018
A mentoring Meeting for all 1st years will be held tomorrow event, the 27th of September, after school. An appointment time has been issued to you. We ask that you and your child attend to meet with your child’s assigned mentor in the designated room. If you are unable to attend, please notify the office at 38203.
What is a Mentor?
A mentoring teacher is appointed to each student in 1st year to see how the student has settled in and to discuss with you any difficulties they may be having. Please note this meeting is not concerned with subjects or academic progress.
Feedback from parents, students and staff has shown that this has been a beneficial meeting for all involved. It is important that each child is represented by a parent/guardian.
