‘Awakening’ Concert.

18 of our transition year girls have been working very hard learning the songs for this very special concert. It will consist of an evening off uplifting church and contemporary music. It is taking place Thursday 5th of May at 7.30pm in the Breaffy Sports Arena, Castlebar. This music celebration will be provided by over 350 young people from various schools across the diocese. The proceeds from this very special gathering will go to Pieta House. We would very much appreciate it if as many parents could support this rare and special event.

Tickets are €12 and are available from Teresa by ringing 0872424927.

TY trip to Bord Gais Theatre

DCS TY students enjoyed a wonderful trip to Bord Gais Theatre recently to see the stage adaptation of Mark Haddon’s award-winning novel “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time”. A truly amazing show, a spectacular visual experience. Great day had by all
